The institute
Potential Coaching & Career Counselling — PC3 to its students — has prepared aspirants in Itanagar for JEE (Main + Advanced), JEE (Main) and NEET-UG, building strong foundations of knowledge and concept for competitive exams and board-level education alike, with an experienced and dedicated faculty.
The institute now operates under CATRF. Its five courses and four subject departments add academic coaching and career counselling to the Foundation’s skilling mandate — and, as with everything the Foundation runs, its income is applied solely to its public-benefit objects, not private gain.

12 months · Classes 9 & 10 · NEET/JEE groundwork
An early start for serious aspirants — the Class IX and X syllabus taught with an emphasis on understanding and application, so the leap to Class 11 physics, chemistry and mathematics lands on solid ground.
2 years · Classes 11 & 12 · NEET + JEE + Boards
The full two-year preparation — in-depth conceptual classes with ample time to go into the depths of every topic and practise its applications, aimed at NEET and JEE alongside the Class 12 board exams.
12 months · Class 12 · Same-year attempt
For students appearing for JEE or NEET in the same year as their boards, without a drop year — intensive classroom teaching from precise, expert-prepared subject modules, with practice problems after every lesson.
12 months · 10-month core · Post-Class 12
A rigorous second run at NEET or JEE for Class 12 graduates. The complete syllabus in a ten-month core with no compromise on detailed analysis or numerical practice — integrated with a full test-series and study-material package.
45 days · Final sprint before the exam
A focused sprint in the weeks before the exam — core concepts, time management and problem-solving speed, built up through maximum practice papers and dedicated doubt sessions.
